技術特色

該機的電氣系統由可邏輯控制器PLC、接觸器、變頻器、伺服系統、電機以及各種檢測傳感器組成。控制器采用施耐德M218系列，施耐德M218 PLC體積小、速度快、標準化，具有串口通信能力，功能強，可靠性高。

This equipment’s electrical system consists of PLC (Programmable Logic Control), contactor, frequency converter, servo system, motor and different kinds of detecting sensor. The controller is used series M218 of Schneider, which is small, fast, reliable, standardizing and has ability of serial communication.

設備的操作模式

Equipment’s Operation Mode

主機有自動和手動兩種工作方式，通過扳動“自動/手動”進行選擇。

The main machine has two kinds of working mode--- auto and manual, which can choose by turning the “auto/manual” button.

1手動模式

Manual Mode

單獨操作主機設備的每一個動作，便于操作人員的產品調整和設備維護。

Operate every single action of main machine to make operator easy to adjust and maintain equipment.

2自動模式

Auto Mode

按照固有的程序進行自動循環，操作者只需要上料、下料即可。

Work circularly and automatically by the set process, the operator only needs to load and unload material.

聯動/單動

single/linkage

主機和自動上料機構有聯動和單動兩種工作方式，通過扳動“聯動/單動”進行選擇。

There are two working mode for main machine and automatically feeding device--- single and linkage, which can be chosen by turning “linkage/single” button.

單動模式

single mode

在自動模式下，只有打印和卷圓機、壓平機自動循環，不含上料機構。

Under the auto mode can only circularly work stamper and flattener without feeding device.

聯動模式

linkage mode

在自動模式下，在打印和卷圓機自動循環中增加自動上料功能，工人只需將料垛放在送料小車上即可。

Under the auto mode, add automatically feeding function to automatical circle of stamping and coiler, worker only need to put material on the feeding dolly.

語言切換

Language

按下“語言切換”后顯示如上圖，進行中英文切換。

Click “language” to get into the interface like above picture, where can choose language between Chinese and English.
