售前/售后技術支持經理 售前/售后技術支持主管

職位描述:
Job Description:
1.Organize and provide good after sales service for customer of inner China and Oversea
2.Ensure after sales support for LIANGLIQI service organization worldwide (regional offices and central service)
3.Service case analysis and statistic
4.Escalation of customer problems to related departments for solutions
5.Take care of all subordinated employees by frequently observing, giving feedback, develop their skills and support with training in case of weakness (à coaching)
6.Work in a team with the managers and employees of other departments
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, Engineer of mechanical/electric engineering or similar
2.Min. related 10 years machine tools industrial working experience，among which min. 5 years management experience
3.Good communication and leading skill
4.Good command on English
崗位職責:
1.負責給客戶提供良好的產品售后服務,
2.負責服務分析及統計,
3.負責對下屬員工工作的督導、發展、培訓等,
4.負責本部門及跨部門的溝通.
崗位要求：

1.本科以上文化程度， 機械或電氣相關專業畢業
2.至少10年以上機床行業相關工作經驗,其中不少于5年的管理經驗
3.良好的溝通及領導能力
4.流利英語
